Export Procedure Training
Practice instead of reading laws
Last year, we carefully audited 87 commercial contracts for companies from the Lublin region. The biggest problem is not complicated regulations at all, but simple errors in CN codes and shipping documents. A single mistake in the description of goods cost a small printing house near Lublin a 4,350 PLN fine during one inspection. Our training catches such errors before the document reaches the customs office. We don't read codes out loud. We sit your people at computers and have them fill out real declarations based on your invoices. No fluff about theory.
4 hours that save days of downtime
A meeting with our expert lasts exactly 4 hours. This is enough to master the INCOTERMS 2020 rules without unnecessary chatter. Usually, we start at 8:30 AM, and at 12:30 PM, employees take a short practical test. We focus exclusively on what your company actually sends abroad – whether it's furniture to the UK or windows to Kazakhstan. The numbers don't lie: after such a course, the preparation time for a set of documents is reduced by about 32 minutes per transport. Less stress during clearance means real money you won't spend on truck downtime.
Experience from the front line
The training instructor, Marek, has been involved in customs auditing since 2017. He is not a desk-bound theorist who only knows regulations from books. For 6 years, he worked directly on goods clearances at the eastern border, so he knows exactly what details tax officials look for during inspections. He shows how to precisely describe goods so that the customs officer has no reason to stop the vehicle for an additional inspection. We have already trained 56 people from local manufacturing companies and know that practical tips stay in the mind much longer than dry paragraphs.
Training where it's convenient for you
We organize training directly at your company or in our office at 24 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin. The group can consist of a maximum of 5 people. This is important because, with a small number of participants, everyone has time to pull out their own invoice and ask about a specific case that causes them difficulty. The border is not just a line on a map; it's a set of specific procedures that just need to be well understood once. Sometimes, fixing a single error in the system allows you to avoid a tax audit for the next 14 months.
A cheat sheet that stays in the office
At the end of the course, each participant receives a simple, one-page cheat sheet in A4 format. We have collected the most important codes, abbreviations, and dates that must be correct in every export. It's like a safety fuse for your business. If, after two months, an employee feels uncertain when issuing a EUR.1 document, they just look at the sheet and continue working. We check facts, not promises, which is why after the training you also receive a short report with your team's test results. This way, you know who handles procedures best and who might need a moment more support with more difficult shipments.
