Lublin Union GR & Audit is a company based in Lublin at 24 Krakowskie Przedmieście St. These terms and conditions define the simple rules under which we help exporters and importers navigate the maze of customs regulations. By using our website or ordering an audit, you accept these rules. We do not use complicated language or hidden catches. It's about a clear agreement: we provide reliable analytical knowledge, and you provide us with real documents for verification.

We deal with GR consulting and risk auditing, but we are not a customs agency or a transport company. The information on the website is for educational and auxiliary purposes. Numbers don't lie, which is why every business case is analyzed by us separately. The border is not just a line on a map; it's a changing political reality. We strive to keep our analyses up to date, however, final decisions about shipping goods are made by you as the business owner. Our office operates from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM, and during these hours, we are at your disposal.

With us, you don't pay for empty promises, only for specific analyst work. Prices for our services are transparent and provided in net amounts. A point audit of a single invoice costs PLN 740, while a full contract verification costs PLN 2,380. If you use the calculator on the website, remember that the calculated cost is an estimate. Marek Zapała will provide you with the final amount after a quick look at the table of contents of your documentation. No fluff about theory – we settle based on the work actually performed and the number of sheets checked.

In emergency situations, when transport is stuck at the terminal, we activate a rescue mode at a price of PLN 4,950. This requires us to immediately drop other tasks, so payment in this case must be confirmed as a priority. We do not use any automatic renewals or hidden subscriptions. Each project is a separate order. We issue VAT invoices with a payment deadline that allows your company to operate smoothly, usually 7 or 14 days, depending on the arrangements at the project kick-off.

We check facts, not promises. Our analysis is based exclusively on the documents you provide in the form of PDF files or scans. If your logistics company makes a mistake that is not in the papers submitted for audit, we cannot be held responsible for it. Our task is to find gaps in 87 risk points that officials check most often. We implement a 2.1-hour verification system for our clients, which aims to eliminate human errors in your office before the driver sets off.

Please note that Lublin Union GR & Audit has no influence on sudden political decision changes in the region or the moods of officials at specific border crossings. We provide you with the best possible roadmap and corrected documents, but we do not guarantee that the customs system will work flawlessly. Our liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid for a given audit. This is a fair approach that allows us to maintain the highest standards of work throughout our 8 years of operation in Lublin.

Your trade contracts are the heart of your business, which is why we treat them with the utmost discretion. Documents sent to Lublin Union do not go into any mass database. They are read exclusively by our auditors: Marek, Ewa, or Piotr. We do not share your prices, lists of contractors, or technical details of goods with any outsiders. All data is stored on secured servers with limited physical access in our office at Krakowskie Przedmieście. No fluff – your secret is safe with us.

After the order is completed and the invoice is paid, we can permanently delete 47 pages of your contract or other uploaded files from our systems upon your request. We only keep necessary accounting data required by Polish tax regulations. If we detect a certification error during the audit, we inform only you. We do not engage in espionage activities or cooperate with your competition.
