Clear rates per sheet
You pay for what we actually read and check
At Lublin Union GR & Audit, we've stopped counting time for every minute of a phone call. Most law firms in Lublin issue invoices for 'readiness' or general advice that brings nothing. We work differently. We bill per A4 sheet of your customs, commercial, or shipping documentation. If you have 8 pages of a contract with a counterparty from Kazakhstan to check, you pay exactly for those 8 pages. Nothing more. In October 2024, our team of auditors reviewed 142 such documents for local furniture and machine parts exporters.
Our system is simple: one page of a standard printout is one billing unit. This way, you know exactly how much you will pay before you even send us the PDF files. For example, an audit of a 12-page distribution agreement usually takes us 4.2 hours of intensive work, but your price remains constant, based on the number of sheets. (By the way: we often find errors in CN codes as early as the first page, saving companies about 4,400 PLN in potential customs penalties on a single shipment).
Every document goes to a specific person, such as Mariusz, who has been verifying shipping papers for GR compliance in our company for 7 years. We don't use automated systems that only scan text. We read every footnote in fine print, because that's usually where the catches that block goods at the border are hidden. Last quarter, we detected 19 critical errors in SAD documents that could have delayed transports for over 9 business days. The numbers don't lie – precision on paper is real money in your company's coffers.
We do not apply hidden fees for 'report preparation' or 'file archiving'. The price per sheet includes full risk analysis and specific tips on what needs to be changed in the content so the customs office doesn't cause problems. If a contract has 5 pages, you pay the rate multiplied by 5. Such a cooperation model allows small companies from the Lublin region to plan their audit budget without fear of 'swelling' invoices at the end of the month.
Transparency is fundamental for us because we are a small, 6-person team and we know how annoying unclear costs for legal or consulting services are. The border is not just a line on a map, it is primarily a stack of documents that must match down to the comma. That's why we stick to the principle: specific work, specific page, specific price. You can send us one sheet for a trial, and we will send it back with comments within 2 business days so you can see how we work.
